The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Is the Highest Rated Game on OpenCritic
Not long after the review embargo of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was lifted, OpenCritic confirmed that the game is currently the highest-rated game of all time with an aggregate score of 97,223.
According to OpenCritic, the game is also ahead by a considerable margin, with Super Mario Odyssey in second place (96.81) and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in third place (95.9).
Metacritic also revealed that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has a score of 96 after being collected from 87 critics.
Despite this, it still doesn’t beat the ratings of some games on MetaCritic, such as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (99), Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 (98), Grand Theft Auto IV (98), and SoulCalibur (98).
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be released on the Nintendo Switch.
